Returns & Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to return all products within 7 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online shop.

The return must be sent to us by Primewell Courier or Akis Express (free of charge) within 7 days from the purchase date, along with the receipt. In this case you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

The return must be sent to us by Primewell Courier or Akis Express (free of charge) within 7 days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. The product will be checked from our Service Department, and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange. In this case you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

How to cancel an online order
You can cancel your order up to 1 working day, after the order confirmation date. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy.
